By using Quillz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

DEFINITIONS

• "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Quillz, currently operating as an unregistered entity.

• "User" refers to individuals or entities using Quillz.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

SERVICE USAGE

• Quillz provides AI-generated content, but users are responsible for reviewing and editing before final use.

• Users must not use Quillz for illegal, abusive, or unethical activities.

• AI-generated content may not be 100% accurate, and we do not guarantee its correctness.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

• Quillz may offer free and paid subscription plans.

• Payment is processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

• No refunds are provided once a subscription period has started unless required by law.

DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY

• We collect and process user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• Users retain ownership of their content but grant Quillz a license to store and process it for service delivery.

• We take reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Quillz is provided "as is" without warranties.

• We are not liable for data loss, errors, or any damages arising from platform use.

• Users agree to indemnify Quillz against legal claims related to misuse.

TERMINATION

• Users may close their account at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms are governed by Canada laws.

• Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court as applicable.

POLICY VIOLATIONS

• Abuse of Project Creation: Excessively creating projects to exploit free-tier limits or strain system resources is not allowed.

• Abuse of Content Generation: Excessive or manipulative use of the content generation features to bypass intended usage limits is prohibited.

• Document Structure Manipulation: Deliberately deleting sections of an existing document to recreate a new project or circumvent the platform's structured workflow is not permitted.

• Misuse of Voice-to-Text: Using the Voice-to-Text functionality for purposes other than intended for document creation and collaboration is forbidden.
